West Windsor Potholes (“this site”) is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by West Windsor Township or any government entity.

1. Who Can Use This Site

Anyone may browse the map without an account. To submit reports, vote, or comment you must sign in. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Photo and Content Guidelines

When you submit a report you agree that:

• Photos must show road damage only — potholes, cracks, sinkholes, or related pavement defects.
• Photos must not contain: license plates, people’s faces, interior or private property, or anything unrelated to road conditions.
• Descriptions and comments must be factual and civil.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. Accuracy

Reports are submitted by community members and are not verified by any government or engineering authority. Do not rely on this site for safety decisions. For urgent road hazards, contact West Windsor Township directly at [email protected].

4. Your Content

By submitting a photo or report you grant this site a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content publicly on the map and associated pages. You retain ownership of your photos.

5. No Warranty

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any report.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
